Seth's career in gaming begins on the Las Vegas Strip — working in numerous capacities at Bellagio, The Mirage and Treasure Island. The floor, not the boardroom, is the first classroom.

the Horizon
In 2000 he joins Wynn Resorts, developing the international marketing department in Macau and the iGaming division.
During this time he also develops the first online casino for Wynn Resorts — an early signal of a career spent looking at where the industry is headed next.
Building
his own
With partner Jeffrey Fine, Seth co-founds Fifth Street Gaming — the move from executive to owner. The company owns and operates five casinos, and its principals also control the LEV Restaurant Group, with more than 60 restaurants across the Las Vegas area and Southern California.

As Chairman of Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, Seth pursues his vision of a downtown Las Vegas hospitality experience — superior guest experience, and a genuine sense of community.

What's Next
Introduces esports to the world of casino resorts and develops the first fully integrated esports program at the Downtown Grand.
Launches Commercial Streaming Solutions, developer of the patented BettorView media platform — sports-betting content for casinos, bars and stadiums throughout the country.
Today BettorView is the leading sports-betting media platform for casinos, bars and stadiums across the country.
Seth is also an Executive-in-Residence at UNLV, where he helped create the university's first incubator to nurture new and innovative ideas.

New Audiences
In 2021 Seth founds FSG Digital, a multimedia and entertainment brand engaging the Latino audience in the USA and Latin America.
In early 2023, Hotel Jefe opens as part of the Ojos Locos Sports Cantina y Casino project — the first casino in the United States created specifically for the Latino audience. Hospitality, emerging audiences, Las Vegas: the same instincts, pointed at what's next.
Today Seth leads Fifth Street Gaming, chairs the Downtown Grand, and keeps looking for the next opportunity in hospitality, gaming and entertainment. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a member of YPO, he serves on several public and private boards across Nevada.
